For 20 years our unique and funky barn studio has been a Yoga presence near the foothills of Boulder, Colorado.
In March 2020 life and times dictated change. We pivoted immediately and have taken our studio practice online to serve our students near and far. It was an unknown experiment, the kind you do when you have to think outside the box and learn how to serve in a different way.
We are a community – expanded!
And honestly – I’m as amazed as anyone as to how well we all have adapted, supported and learned. And now we are thriving!

This deep and juicy practice turns the lens deeply inward and focuses on the joints and the deeper connective tissues of the body (ligaments, joints, fascia, and bones). It is an excellent counterbalance to the Yang elements of modern life. Most poses are on the floor and held for 3-5 minutes or more.
Women’s Temple Practice
A class dedicated to women in midlife ~ honoring the sacred feminine in this immensely rich time of change.
Midlife and menopause is a Rite of Passage: full on transformation. Fiery, tender, overwhelming, confusing, and often lonely. Life isn’t making sense!
This is a practice to connect, support and validate our meno-midlife journey, to honour the temple of our bodies as we change, re-wire and BE within the essence of our divine feminine presence.

Step out of the chaos and into the calm. This on-going practice focuses on the mindful engagement of our natural rhythms of breath, asana, mind and spirit. Here we get to experience a deeper alignment of our inner and outer worlds and the wealth of wisdom available if we truly learn how to listen. This class is best for those with previous yoga experience.
